ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL ADVISORY SERVICES

We provide accounting services to a wide range of clients and these services encompasses the following:

• Set up of accounting systems, customized to meet the client’s nature of business and further to comply with the requirements of International Accounting Standards and Bahrain Commercial Companies Law.
• Design and set up of chart of accounts
• Design and follow up of cost accounting system
• Design of brief accounting system procedures
• Implementation of accounting plans and procedures
• Weekly visits to client office to enter and update accounting records in the accounting system.
• Preparation of periodic financial statements including Balance Sheet and Income Statement.
• Advice on the appropriateness of policies in particular business circumstances, including acting as arbitrator or an expert witness.
• Implementation, follow up and review of financial accounting
• Advice on the valuation of interest in business.
